A Colombia Castillo from Jairo Arcila’s Santa Mónica farm, carefully fermented with peaches and wine yeast to create a cup bursting with character. Expect notes of ripe peach, maple syrup, orange, and cocoa powder, wrapped in a silky sweetness that lingers long after the last sip.

Through a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation, fresh peaches are added to the tanks, creating a coffee that tastes like summer in a cup—vibrant, juicy, and incredibly aromatic.
